Got the car back from the body shop lastnight, cleaned up and bolted the wheels on today. Spun the front coils down just a hair. Im still waiting on the exhuast to come in though. Here's some quick shots for now.

| eh i would but i slacked today and i just put a boiler in my house friday and all my damn tools are all over, plus i gotta bust up the old one and load it up to bring it to the scrap yard (gotta pay for the shit somehow haha)... |

haha i mean i HAVE to get a house... The paint work all in all ran me 1g. But the painting itself cost a little over 600, the rest was me tellin them i wanted the best fit they could get haha. I guess its not a bad price really. Kar kare in ellington did it, very nice to deal with and all there work/paint has a lifetime warranty. |

er kar kare. I've used them for years. They painted my wing, fixed my first beetle when it got smashed up real nice, and over the summer fixed my car now when i got drunk and smashed it up.
Look at my rear driver side quarterpanel and tell me they do good work these days  their fucking paint is peeling and the underside of the rocker is already rusting, and the fender they used is non oem thin garbage that doesnt fit right. it looks like they slapped some bondo on the panel and called it a day. the quality of work from my first accident 7 years ago to the one in july dropped so much for a virtually identical impact.'
cant forget, they didnt hook up the ebrake cables or inner bumper support bracket that i have in the trunk now, and hmmm the bolts holding the bumpers on are now rusted to shit, they used to be normal black oxide coated.
can you tell im bitter? |

I know man, I had to send it back once last summer because they tore the window seal and tried to band aid it with some silicone, but the rubber all tore out.
They did an awesome job painting my wing a few years back, because i paid cash. they half assed fixing my car over the summer because it was insurance money paying for it. they did a garbage job.
they also half assed fixing my dad's truck last summer. i ended up fixing shit on that too after they delivered it.  |
