I was pissed at my 2nd job today because the first one got me down (lost a 1/2 days work due to some dumbass fucking up) so i went for a shakedown run at the school this afternoon

holy fuck, the new bike rides like a dream. its like my bmx (which i rode ALOT in college and high school) but with suspended fork, brakes, and gears. I'm hitting the west hartford reservoir tomorow after work. im so out of shape im gonna suck wind and puke haha.

i just got back from a hardcore ride at west hartford reservoir. wow im out of shape, and only busted up one shin on the harrdcore pedals.

and got a flat tire. fuck.

damnit dude, wish i got home sooner... woulda seen your post. just got done tuning and fixing. now i got saftey gear and spare tubes. did some sprints to get my lungs working again. (smoked too many cigarettes in the last 2 years, excluding the pot cigarettes.. those are ok)

So I was thinking of just getting some neuspeed race springs for the bug and slamming that shit. i've got weitech struts in my garage from the last time i slammed the bug, just need some springs.

i can go to NA motorsports and get them.... and install them tomorow.

then more funds can go to the jet.

yea... 1500 goes alot further in the jetta than it does in the bug.

I go through phases... right now just happens to be the one where i put resources to the jet and leave the bug be.

I've got a contact in germany now who can get me good jet parts and shippin takes under a week. Wink

Yeah i hear ya i guess, I tell myself sometimes that i need an older car. At lest get yourself some springs with a decent drop though.
